GIRLS COMPETITIVE BASKETBALL SEASON 2018 - 2019
Our competitive season for 4th - 6th grade girls is March - May 2019, concluding Memorial Day weekend. Practice will be every Monday and Thursday, 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Holmes Jr. High School. There will also be additional team and individual training and practices on select Sundays, dates TBA.
We are excited to announce our coaches for this season:
Laura Mariani is our 4th grade coach.
Dan Schneider and Carl Schlemmer are our 5th and 6th grade coaches.
** Please note that we are not yet sure what format our teams will take. The coaches and I will evaluate the situation and determine the best breakdown of teams. This is mostly because there are very few tournaments that are grade exclusive, most will be either 4th/5th or 5th/6th combination. Within this variety of competitive opportunities there will be tremendous opportunities for player growth.**
Tryouts
Tryouts will be held March 4 and 7. They are open to any girl in 4th - 6th grades. Players are asked to attend both tryouts; if unable due to schedule conflict, please notify the head coach so he is aware of what tryout your daughter will attend. If unable to attend either tryout, please contact the coach to make other tryout arrangements.

Uniform
All players are required to purchase our new Adidas uniform. The cost is $65 - $75 (youth and adult sizes available), which includes a reversible jersey and shorts. We will size the players at one of their first practices. Shooting shirts, sweatshirts and backpacks for children and adults are also available for purchase.
