Noted as one of the top basketball developmental minds in the world today, Jeremy has proven that he can make the most elite players more efficient with his hybrid relevance training. Jeremy is not only a master at achieving quick results with his progressive skill training curriculum, but also an inventor/businessman for some of the top basketball products and resources out on the market today.
Coach Russotti follows his passion and dreams in spreading the principles and training methods of the 1% Club to a variety of elite basketball players throughout the nation and the professional ranks with his "GREEN ROOM TRAINING" program. Green Room Training is an all-inclusive training program for professional and elite high school athletes.
Jeremy is currently the CEO of Global Sports Innovation (GSI), inventing products such as the J-Glove Shooting Aid, J-Strap, J-Bow, V-Bands, O-Bands and numerous products for other sports. Furthermore, Jeremy is owner of 1% Club Basketball Services, creator of the Millennium Instructional Series DVDs, as well as founder of www.SkillTrainingU.com.

During his high school career, Jeam Gelpi received the award the State of Pennsylvania Freshman High School Basketball player of the year. He then finished his high school career as the #1 ranked player in the country at De Deigo High School in San Juan Puerto Rico. Jean Gelpi competed at all levels of college basketball. He was recruited at Oregon State University and finished his college career at D2 Humboldt State University.
During his professional basketball career, Jean had the opportunity to play in FIBA's Europe and Puerto Rico Division 1 professional basketball leagues. He also represented Puerto Rico at various international events. Jean played in the Sacramento and Los Angeles NBA Pro-Am developmental league. He then continued his professional basketball career overseas. Jean received the award of Rookie of the Year from the Superior National Basketball League in Puerto Rico while playing for the Saint German professional basketball club. In that same year, Saint German won the FIBA's Superior National Basketball League National Championship.
Coach Gelpi received a Master's of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master's of Science Degree in Biomechanics, both from CSU Chico. He has spent the last eight years coaching College, High School and AAU Basketball. He has been part of the 1% Club Basketbal Training staff for the past three years and is currently the Director of 1% Club Basketball, Yolo training chapter.
Coach Doherty joins the Wildcats Basketball program with a wealth of playing, coaching and training experience. Phil spent the past 10 years coaching Division 1, High School and AAU Basketball. He also played at the highest level, lettering at Santa Clara University.
Coach Doherty played for Coach Dick Davey at Santa Clara University for two years, where he was a member of two WCC championship teams; in 1995-96, when the team advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament, and 1996-97.
Coach Doherty coached for four years on the men's basketball staff at the University of San Francisco from 2002-06. Over the past seven years, Coach Doherty has been a right-hand man for all of Russotti's basketball ventures. Phil is the director for the 1% Club Basketball, Sacramento training chapter.
