Davis Hoops Basketball Club

DAVIS HOOPS BASKETBALL CLUB

Davis Wildcats Basketball Club is a non-profit, competitive basketball program for boys in grades 6th-8th. The teams compete in AAU tournaments on the weekend & practice twice per week. Our effort is directed toward connecting local youth with the same fundamentals and philosophies that will be taught at the high school level. Your child will be taught by experienced and knowledgeable coaches and trained by former college and high school players, many from Davis.

Season and Tryout Information

We will have three teams this Spring:

Boys 12U/6th Grade Spring Season: March - May 2025

tryout schedule:
- March 16, 9:00 - 11:00am at Harper Jr. High
- March 20, 7:00 - 8:30pm at Holmes Jr. High
- all interested players must register for tryouts by March 15. Registration will open by end of February
5 tournaments, including Jam On It in Reno, NV over Memorial weekend
practice 2x per week
new players must purchase a uniform, approximate cost $100
$395 registration fee

Boys 13U/7th grade Spring Season: February - May 2025

tryout schedule:
- February 20, 7:00 - 9:00pm at Holmes Jr. High
- February 22, 9:00 - 11:00am at Harper Jr. High
- February 24, 7:00 - 9:00pm at Holmes Jr. High
8 tournaments, including Jam On It in Reno, NV over Memorial weekend
practice 2-3x per week
training with Darius Graham 2-3x
$695 registration fee

Boys 14U/8th grade Spring Season: February - May 2025

- February 17, 7:00 - 9:00pm at Holmes Jr. High
- February 18, 7:00 - 9:00 pm at Holmes Jr. High
- February 22, 11:00am - 1:00pm at Harper Jr. High
8 tournaments, including Jam On It in Reno, NV over Memorial weekend
practice 2-3x per week
