* all players are required to have a valid AAU card that lists NorCal Wildcats as the basketball club. You must have the card before you can complete the team registration. Please visit our website for our club number and instructions for getting a card
** new format for tournaments at Hardwood Palace will be explained at the parent meeting.
All players will be required to purchase the uniform package, cost is $90.
TRYOUTS
Tryouts are open to any boy in 8th grade. We will host two tryouts for each team. Players are asked to attend both tryouts; if unable due to schedule conflict, please notify the coach so he is aware of what tryout your son will attend. If unable to attend either tryout, please contact the coach to make other tryout arrangements. Visit the TEAM page on our website for your head coach contact information.
Please arrive to tryouts on time. There will be a parent meeting, date and time TBD. During the meeting we will explain the tryout process, season information, registration, uniforms and answer your questions. During tryouts, coaches will be busy running drills and analyzing players so if you need to speak to any of the coaches, we ask that you do so when the tryout is over. You can also email the coach, his information is on the team page.
REQUIRED!! Any player trying out for a team must complete the free online registration, which includes a waiver and parent contact information, which will be used to notify you of your son’s status with the team. Click here to register for tryouts.
