We are pleased to our NEWWildcats Developmental League (WDL)! This league is open for 2nd & 3rd grade boys and girls who:
Can shoot at a regulation-height basket (10 feet);
Can follow directions
Are enthusiastic about learning the game of basketball in a fun, structured setting;
Aspire to play for a Wildcats team when they are older!
This league will be run by current Wildcats' coaches, staff and players. The league will run from December through early February and will be held on Sundays (there will be no sessions on 12/21/14 and 12/28/14). All dates, times & location (gymnasiums in Davis, Winters and/or Dixon, depending on availability) will be finalized prior to the first session.
Each session will be 1.5 hours. The first 45 minutes will be skills development and instruction, and the last 45 minutes will be games. Cost is $125 per player, which includes a black-and-white reversible Wildcats jersey and a Wildcats basketball. The league will close with a season-end tournament so players are introduced to

Our Fall season will run November 2014 – March 2015. Tryouts will be held on November 1-2, 2014 at Holmes Jr. High School (address & times are below). Practices will begin as soon as the team is finalized. A brief parent meeting will be held at the start of each Saturday tryout session. Club personnel will be available for questions throughout the weekend.

Junior Wildcats, the newest division within NorCal Wildcats, specializes in the basic basketball skills and development for children ages 5-9 years old. The mission of Junior Wildcats is to introduce young athletes to the proper skills and technic of basketball while helping to develop a passion for the game, in a fun and well organized structure. Junior Wildcats players can easily transition to the Wildcats program as they become age eligible. Junior Wildcats was developed and is run by current Wildcats High School coaches and players.
Junior Wildcats will offer a host of clinics throughout the year. Each clinic will consist of three, 1-hour sessions.
